Go-to-market strategy for an IOT startup

Cartina developed an online go-to-market strategy for an IOT startup based in San Francisco and Stockholm. The main goal was to create a plan for their launch of a new product. A cost-efficient and smart channel strategy was developed to reach and convert the identified target audience to maximise revenue. Affiliate marketing strategies, optimization of landing pages and recommendations of smart tools where also part of the deliverables.

DIGITAL AND SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT CONCEPTUALIZATION

In a close collaboration, Cartina defined and prototyped an innovative product concept, enabling Sweden’s market leading telecom operator to gain market share within a new growing segment. Looking back, the high innovative edge and the successful product launch months later – being a core intersection of something sustainable and digital – we are very proud of the product at hand and all the dedication we received from key representatives.

Data-Driven & Customer-Centric Digital Strategy

Cartina worked closely together with one of the leading Nordic Hotel chains with the purpose to define a digital strategy to keep the client competitive in the market. Becoming more data-driven and customer-centric were main objectives for the digitalization strategy. Therefore, there was a need to strengthen the overall customer understanding, by using customer journey mapping. Touchpoints with the most impact on the overall customer satisfaction were identified, and initiatives for improved customer experience were recognized and prioritized.
